Join me at this beautiful estate in the High Weald of Kent, just an hour from London and 15 mins from the M25. Dive deep into your yoga practice in the spacious Large Barn, enjoy delicious food from chef Chris Wong, have a massage with Simona Ilincariu, relax in the cosy Old Stables accommodation, explore the countryside, and connect with yourself and others.
We will practice slow flow, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. The classes will be an opportunity to find movement and rest that feels good for you, at your own pace, as well as exploring breathing practices, meditation, and deep relaxation. Everyone is welcome.

Weekend yoga retreat at West Lexham, Norfolk
16th to 18th May 2025
Arrive from 4pm, depart by 2pm
Treat yourself to a weekend of yoga, delicious food, swimming, great company, and relaxing in nature. Everyone is welcome (even well-behaved canine friends). West Lexham is 2.5 hrs drive from London or a train to Downham Market and a 30 min cab.
Stay in lakeside and woodland bell tents and cabins. Practice yoga in an orangery overlooking the river. Enjoy plant-based delicious meals, snacks, and treats. Swim in a lake and an outdoor heated pool. Have a massage, an afternoon nap, row a boat or paddleboard, walk in the sanctuary garden, and give yourself time to slow down and unwind.
The yoga classes will be suitable for all, with options to challenge yourself, and take as much rest as you need. Practice slow flow, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, including breathwork, meditation, self massage, and deep relaxation. Hands-on assists and massage will be offered.
Private bell tent. Sleeps 1-4 in a double plus 1 or 2 single beds.
Private cabin. Sleeps 1-2 in a double bed.
Shared cabin with ensuite. Sleeps 1-2 in a double bed.
Private treehouse accommodation available on request. Perfect to share with friends and family!

Prices are per person and include 4 x 90 min yoga classes, 3 meals per day, snacks, drinks, linens, towels, eco toiletries, yoga mats, yoga props and use of the facilities on-site. Cabins have electricity and tea-making facilities. Guests have use of a luxury garden washhouse.
